AMC Corporation partnered with the Central Election Commission of Kosovo (KQZ) to deliver a nationwide awareness campaign aimed at informing citizens about electoral processes, encouraging participation, and strengthening trust in democratic institutions. The campaign combined strategic communication, creative production, and multi-channel distribution to reach a broad and diverse audience across Kosovo.
Challenge The campaign addressed several key challenges:
Limited awareness of electoral procedures and voter rights Low engagement among first-time voters and youth Need for clear, accessible, and trustworthy information Ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels
Solution AMC developed and executed an integrated communication approach:
Development of a clear and unified campaign narrative Creation of educational video content and visual materials Multi-channel rollout across TV, digital platforms, and social media Simplification of complex electoral information into easy-to-understand messaging Targeted communication to engage young voters and underrepresented groups
Results The campaign achieved strong reach and engagement nationwide:
Hundreds of thousands of citizens reached through multi-channel distribution High engagement driven by video content and educational formats Increased visibility and understanding of voting procedures and rights Strong digital traction across social media platforms
Impact The campaign contributed to a more informed and engaged electorate by improving public awareness of electoral processes, encouraging greater participation—especially among youth—strengthening trust in institutional communication, and establishing a clear, scalable model for future elections.
