In 2024, following visa liberalization for Kosovo citizens, AMC Marketing led the national #PaViza awareness campaign to ensure citizens were well-informed about their rights and responsibilities when traveling to the Schengen area. The objective was to prevent misinformation, reduce misuse, and promote responsible travel behavior across all demographics.

Challenge The campaign needed to reach a highly diverse audience—including urban and rural populations, different age groups, and minority communities—while addressing misinformation, language barriers, and limited access to digital platforms. Ensuring consistent communication at scale and preventing false expectations (such as work/residency rights) were key challenges.

Approach AMC Marketing implemented a fully integrated, multi-channel strategy combining:

Digital campaigns across social media platforms TV and radio communication in multiple languages On-ground activations, including a nationwide informational truck tour Educational materials, FAQs, and direct community engagement

Results The campaign achieved strong nationwide visibility and engagement:

821K+ reach on Facebook 177K+ reach on Instagram 800K+ people reached through on-ground activations
