For Red Bull Conquer the Castle 2025, we developed the creative event concept and competition structure, designing an experience that elevated the challenge while making it more inclusive. We introduced a new two-phase competition format, beginning with a tactical qualification run followed by a fortress-inspired obstacle course inside Prizren Castle. We planned the athlete journey, obstacle sequence, and overall course flow to create a balanced test of strength, endurance, speed, agility, and strategy. The concept also included adapted obstacles for both male and female competitors, ensuring a fair yet equally demanding experience while preserving the event's iconic identity and competitive spirit.
