How we build digital presence in Kosova & Albania

In 2025, AMC Marketing partnered with Samsonite to establish and grow its digital presence in Kosovo and Albania. Despite being a globally recognized premium brand, Samsonite lacked verified social media channels and a localized content strategy in both markets.

Challenge The brand started from zero digital presence, with no verified pages, low visibility, and strong competition already investing in digital-first strategies (page 4). The challenge was to quickly build trust, grow a community, and position Samsonite as a premium brand in both markets.

Approach AMC Marketing implemented a two-market unified digital strategy, including:

Launch and verification of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels Development of a localized content strategy (lifestyle, travel, durability, promotions) Execution of performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads) targeting key audiences Continuous community management and engagement Support for store openings through PR, events, and digital amplification (page 12)

Results The campaign delivered fast and measurable growth:

1,168+ followers within the first phase ~70K reach & ~2K engagements in 3 months ~391K content views across both markets 1.56M+ reach & 3.8M+ impressions through ads Estimated 3,000–4,500 clicks driven by campaigns

Overall Impact From zero to scale, the campaign achieved:

2M+ people reached and 5M+ views generated 80%+ reach from new audiences, expanding brand discovery Strong positioning of Samsonite as a premium, digital-first brand in Kosovo and Albania (page 11)
