AMC Marketing led the branding, promotion, and execution of the United4Future (U4F) Conference, an event focused on exploring the intersection of technology, sustainability, and harm reduction in Kosovo. The objective was to inform, inspire, and empower individuals to make conscious, future-oriented decisions through a dynamic and engaging conference experience.

Challenge The project required:

Building a strong and recognizable conference identity from scratch Translating complex topics into accessible and engaging content Driving visibility and attendance through digital channels Ensuring seamless execution of a multi-session, high-level event

Solution AMC delivered a full-scale, end-to-end solution:

Development of a distinct visual identity, including logo, typography, and design system Production of branded materials (LED visuals, tote bags, notebooks, agendas) to enhance experience Strategic social media campaign to generate awareness and engagement Full event organization and coordination, ensuring smooth execution Curation of impactful conference sessions and panels on sustainability, waste management, and AI

Results The campaign successfully generated visibility and engagement:

16,000+ impressions and 600+ profile visits on social media Strong audience interaction driven by content and event promotion High participation and engagement during conference sessions Increased visibility of U4F as a platform for future-focused dialogue

Impact The conference contributed to positioning U4F as a meaningful platform by raising awareness on technology and sustainability, fostering dialogue among experts and participants, encouraging knowledge-sharing, and establishing a strong foundation for future editions.
